Cancellation of a confirmed rental, or changes in its length, made at least two months prior arrival date, needs to be sent in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org, all deposit paid will be reimbursed minus an administrative fee of $50.00. When changes or cancellation are made less that two month prior, reimbursement of deposit and/or change of the total price of the reservation is not guaranteed and depends on the possibility of rerenting the apartment for the period of time that was originally rented. Deposit is kept in all instances in case of non-show. In case of monthly lease of more than two months, the last month paid at reservation is kept in all instances if the lease is not honored until the final date of the reservation except that if the renters give us notice of the early end of the lease with at least two month notice, the last month rent would be used to pay the last month of the actual stay. During the holiday season (December 23 to January 2), the above-mentioned time period is not two months but three months.
