Arrival Info
Please make sure to indicate by e-mail your arrival time to the town of Bocas del Toro as soon as possible. If you prefer to be picked-up at the airport of Bocas town, Aesha from our office in Bocas, one of our captains, or a taxi driver sent by us, will be at the airport to meet you and take you to the Al Natural Landing in Bocas for our boat departure to the resort located in the island of Bastimentos. Our boat always leaves Bocas from the Al Natural Landing in Bocas and this is usually anytime between 11:00AM and 12:00 AM. Our representative in Bocas will inform you of the exact leaving time of the boat and the luggage can be left at our office in Bocas.
Shall anything happen or If you prefer to come on your own from the airport to our boat port, please note that the Al Natural Landing is easy to find in Bocas. It is a two story wooden house located on the water side of the main street, five houses down from the ferry dock, after the Hotel Bahia, right next to the Ministry of Commerce. There are signs and a panoramic pictures of the hotel on the house. The taxi ride from the airport costs just one dollar twenty five per person and there are usually numerous taxis to choose from.
Please note that the phone numbers to contact us to inform us of a changed arrival time or to organize a pick-up are the (507) 757.9004 and the 649 607 76. During the high season (from December 1 to April 30), in addition to the above two numbers, you can also call the 657 686 05.
Domestic airline tickets can only be bought at Air Panama at www.airpanama.com. The most convinient and most popular option is to arrive to Bocas with the morning flight that arrives at 7:30 AM and leave Bocas with their afternoon flight, as described below.
Indeed, their first morning flight out of Bocas leaves at 7:45 AM, which very early. Air Panama is adding more flights with a later departure time, please check with the airline to see what are the difrent departure time available the day you want to leave.

Al Natural Landing in Bocas Town
We are glad to be able to receive you at our office/dock in Bocas Town, the Al Natural Bocas Landing. If you are in Bocas and needs to contact us or need to find the boat to get to Al Natural, please come to the Al Natural Bocas Landing. It is located on main street, on the water side, five houses after the Hotel Bahia and the main ferry dock. It is the first two-story wooden building after the large curve. There are photos of the resort on the house. The office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There you can get info and see photos of the resort, pay for your stay in cash or with a credit card and get info on the departure time of our boat. Boat Transfers
In order to limit our carbon footprint, please note that we are trying to do only one trip per day between Bocas and Bastimentos Island. We have only one boat leaving Bocas between 11:00 and 12:00 every day. Most people do opt for the Air Panama morning flight that takes you to Bocas at 7:30 am (or at a later time, but before noon), which is perfect as it gives you enough time to shop. We organize the pick-up at the airport and will take you to the Al Natural Landing in Bocas town where you can leave your luggage and will indicate to you a place where you can have breakfast and do the shopping. Shall you choose an afternoon plane arrival, or if you miss our morning boat, just indicate us your arrival time to us and we will set an extra boat transfer for you; we charge for an afternoon boat transfer a low extra cost of $50.00 for the trip. Our afternoon boat leaves Bocas between 4:00 and 4:30 PM.
On your departing day from Al Natural, we try to have only one boat leaving our beach in Bastimentos any time between 7:00 and 9:30 am, depending on the guests schedule requirement. Please book the intermediary Air Panama Flight that leaves around midday. If there si no other option that booking the 7:30 or 8:30 AM Air Panama morning flight, we will take you in time to Bocas to catch that flight, please note that you need to leave the hotel by 5:30 or 6:30 am and that this transfer carry an extra cost of $50.00 for the boat.
Should you choose to leave the villa in the afternoon, please note that the check-out time of the apartment is no later than 11:00 am if the apartment is rented the day you leave and that the next guests are arriving in the morning. For your convenience, there is a place where you can leave belongings, change clothe and take a shower at the villa.
During June and July and when the hotel Al natural Resort is not open, we are more flexible as you will be the only one using the boat and we will schedule the arrival and departure boat at the time that fits you best at no extra cost.
