At M&M’s Residencias we are offering to rent per day, or for longer terms, three apartments, one loft and one studio. They are conveniently located at the port of Al Natural Resort in Bocas town. This location is close to everything but in a calmer area of the town (the first restaurant and the best grocery shopping in the whole town is at less than 3 minutes’ walk). They are in a recent wooden construction built over the water, facing the lagoon with astonishing see views, and one can swim directly from the terraces and the sundeck. The best is to swim when the tide is coming in as the water is then the nicest. Great location for surfers as well. Please note that we are in town and that boats are sometime passing near by. We are at less than 5 minutes by taxi from the airport of Bocas and at 5 minutes walk from the dock of the water taxi company which connect you to the main land.

This water front place offers a very cozy and stylish island living opportunity. This place is close to all but is very private with incredible water views on distant landscape.

The appartments are recent and completely furnished and fully equipped (linen, towels, kitchen ware, cable TV. and WIFI). The building is protected against fire and theft by an electronic alarm system.

There is a two night minimum stay. With daily and weekly rent, the rates include water, electricity, internet and cable television. All reservations include a pick-up at Bocas airport. Please note that cleaning of the apartment during the stay is not included; cleaning is available for an extra low cost of $10.00 per cleaning. Set of sheets and towels are available upon request.

Monthly rates include water, internet and cable television, but do not include electricity. Electricity is between +/- $35.00 and $110.00 depending of the use of the A/C. Each apartment has its own electrical meter.
